The 5 steps

    1. Get acquainted with Responsible Supply Chain management; why it is important; and how this tool will help you to build your own Responsible Supply Chain management system.

    1. Set a broad level of ambition for a responsible purchasing policy and establish agreements on responsible supply chain management in a Code of Conduct with mutual expectations.

    1. To build and maintain a responsible supply chain, transparency is the start. In this step, you will begin filling in the Supplier Dashboard, a tool designed to track and manage crucial social and environmental data from your suppliers.

    1. Certifications and standards are the second step to achieve responsible business practices in an international supply chain. In this step you will analyse and follow up on your suppliers’ social standards and scores. Those with medium and high risk need

    1. Based on all the information gathered in the first steps, it's time to strengthen your responsible supply chain approach by setting clear and measurable targets, and define actions that help to realise these goals.
